"Andy" Anderson was a third class radioman aboard Lipan from 1957 to 1959.  Bill Barker was a Seaman from 1957 to 1960.  They hooked up with each other back in 1996 and again in 97 and maybe a few more times since then.  The navy days photo on the left shows Andy on the left and Bill on the right back in 1958.  The more recent photo taken in 2000 shows Bill on the left and Andy on the right.
