In this short video Lipan's bow rises out of the water and slams down
taking a large wave over the bow that partially hits the gunmount on the 01
level. At the very end of the video you'll note some spatters of water on
Ben's camera even though this was filmed from high above on the starboard bridge wing.
This is a video of the bow during rough seas filmed from the safety of the
Officer's Wardroom. Ben films through the porthole as a wave
hits the port side and wallops the Wardroom good.
This is a video of some rolling seas off the port quarter on the fantail.
Its filmed from the area of the towing engine and there is no awning rigged
which leads me to suspect its from the Aleutians aboard Lipan.
In this video there are some rolling seas and high winds on the fantail.
Its filmed from the 01 level, or boatdeck. A wave hits the port quarter
and the resultant spray covers the fantail.
